Free Shipping
We offer free and fully insured shipping to all our customers within UAE, Middle East (Egypt, Jordon, Lebanon) US, CANADA, and UK along with some GCC countries(Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) and we will be providing shipping services to more countries in the future. We will keep our esteemed customers informed on changes to our shipping destinations.
Shipping Timelines
Deliveries for UAE, GCC and EU will be shipped within approximately 7 working days and for USA 10 working days. This is subject to the issuer Bank (Card Holder's Bank) confirmation and correct delivery address details provided by the customer.
Please note that any order submitted on the site after 5.00 pm UAE time would be considered for processing on the next working day. (We work from Sunday to Thursday, 9.00 am to 7.00 pm, excluding UAE public holidays)
International shipments
For all international orders from mydamas.com, the customer /recipient is legally responsible to comply with laws and regulation of the destination country. Customers are also responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any other charges in the destination country.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs fees, import duties, taxes and other charges to the shipment may vary in the international orders. Mydamas.com has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates for fees expected. Please contact your local customs office for further details.
Shipping Partner
We have currently tied up with FedEx to deliver your shipments safely, securely and on time; MyDamas.com reserves the right to change the shipping partner as it deems necessary in the future.
Track your orders
You can always track your orders through clicking on the “Track My Order” option on the website. This feature provides you with the most recent update on orders placed by you through the site.
Ring Resizing
For ring resizing, labor charges would be provided free of cost to all customers at any UAE Damas store on showing proof of purchase. Please note that any metal addition, if required for resizing, will be charged to the customer.
Due to the nature of the requirements, we presently do not provide this facility for our International customers.
Special Orders
Please do contact our Customer Service for any such requirements and we would be glad to provide you with these services.
Limitation
Please note that products shipped internationally may not comply with destination country’s standards, specifications and labeling requirements. The customer is solely responsible for determining if the product(s) can be legally imported into the country. In case the product can not be imported due to the legalities and the shipment is returned back to mydamas.com the refund amount will be after deducting the entire shipment cost.
Privacy
Please note that international shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities. Any information about your products contained therein may be provided customs authorities as part of the customs clearance procedures.
